Return and Exchnage Policy

We have a specific Return and Exchange Policy that our customers can follow if necessary in order to provide them with the best possible service. You must review the return and exchange policies listed below before making a purchase:

If the buyer is unhappy with the size after getting the product, it can be exchanged; however, it should be noted that:

► Within 24 hours after its arrival, the customer must notify any size issues. After 24 hours from the time of arrival, no returns will be accepted.

► If the product’s size matches the dimensions in our chart but the buyer selected the incorrect size and measurement, there won’t be a refund or exchange. Alternatively, the client will be required to pay 50% of the charges.

► If the store is to blame for the size problem—for example, if the goods does not fit your measurements—the store will cover the cost of the exchange. It must be properly acknowledged, nevertheless, that the consumer must submit the request within twenty-four hours of the product’s arrival.

► As everyone is aware, errors or malfunctions might occasionally cause the product’s color to change in the pictures. Therefore, to take advantage of the return/refund service, send a picture of your ordered product within 24 hours if the color differs from the one in the online representation. If the consumer reports a fault with the product within 24 hours of its arrival, we will either replace the product or issue a cash refund, depending on the product’s availability.

► Only in these cases will we cover the cost of shipping your product if it arrives damaged to you as a result of shipment or for any other cause on our end. It should be mentioned, nonetheless, that you will need to email and get in touch with us within 24 hours of the product’s arrival if it is damaged.

► We have a convenient return and exchange policy, to start. Therefore, you can email us with any questions or concerns you may have about your purchase. Your question will be promptly addressed by our customer service agent to resolve it as soon as possible. We will return the whole money to your account if a consumer cancels their order within 12 hours.

► You have 12 hours after placing your order to cancel it if you change your mind or for any other reason. We will return the whole amount to the customer’s account if they cancel their order within 12 hours. However, the following terms are applicable if a consumer does not cancel an order within 12 hours:

  • A 25% of the purchase price will be deducted if the product is canceled after 12 hours.
  • A 35% deduction will be made from the buyer’s payment if the product is canceled within three days of verification.
  • If a customer follows through after a week of confirmation, there won’t be any cancellations.
  • In certain exceptional situations, however, if a customer is permitted to cancel the goods after a week of confirmation, 50% of the total price paid will be deducted.

► If a customer wants to return a jacket for any reason, particularly a size issue, we will give them a new jacket in the correct size for free within 24 hours. However, the buyer will be responsible for paying the return shipping, which will vary based on the product’s weight and size.

► The goods must be returned by the customer in its original condition. Furthermore, no tags ought to be taken off. There will be no reimbursement if the consumer finds the product to be broken or in used condition.

► Additionally, in order for the relevant employees to be held responsible, the customer must return the item to the area and warehouse from where it was shipped, and no other location, in the event of a return or even exchange.

► First off, there are no shipping fees associated with the product. It should be noted, nevertheless, that we will only cover the shipping expenses when we deliver the merchandise. Therefore, the buyer will be responsible for paying the full cost of postage in the event of a return or exchange shipment.

► In the event that a customer discovers a problem with the product’s color, pattern, design, or size, they must email us a picture of the issue together with a description of the problem. Our representative will respond as soon as possible and assist you in resolving the matter.

Note: Within 24 hours of the product’s arrival, the following issue needs to be discussed.

►No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted if a buyer orders a product just for trial purposes.

► In the event that there is no problem with the goods and the client wants to return it simply because they don’t like it, they won’t be able to do so.

►Customers must read the following terms that will be imposed if they need to return a product because of issues:

  • Customized goods cannot be returned.
  • Depending on what kind of customisation the buyer wants to make to the product, additional fees will be incurred.

► All payments must be made in US dollars at our store. Consequently, the customer’s payment will be converted into USD if they pay in a different currency.

► The production of a customer’s order will be stopped for 10–12 days if they do not reply to any of our emails regarding email production. 50% of the customer’s money will be returned if their order is canceled after the allotted time. Only 50% of the total amount paid will be reimbursed, even if the client calls after the designated period and requests that the order be canceled.

► If a customer does not reply to any emails or questions about the product’s shipment or confirmation of shipment, then:

• Either the product’s shipment will be stopped for an indeterminate period of time. Only 50% of the customer’s payment will be returned if they contact us to cancel the merchandise after the shipping has been halted.

OR

• The specified delivery address will receive the merchandise directly from the manufacturer. If a customer contacts the store after the product has been delivered with any questions or concerns about anything mentioned in the confirmation email, their inquiry, return, or refund will not be considered because they were previously informed about it in the confirmation email and received no response.


►We would not permit a return for a product if the customer has taken off all of the tags.

► Our quality control team looks at every aspect of the product, including the stitching, color, design, and pattern. Therefore, please contact us at the email address provided and report any issues you are still having with the product.

► The cost of returning the item will also be borne by the consumer.

Note: Within 24 hours of the product’s arrival, the following issue needs to be discussed.

► Although we ship our products for free to make things easier for our customers, each region still has its own customs policy and certain regional fees that the buyer must pay.
