- After the specified period, no requests for returns or exchanges will be accepted.
- The shipping time for exchanged items could be 15 to 20 days.
- Once the returned item has been received and evaluated, refunds are executed.
- Processing of refunded funds could take 30 business days

- Deduction of the restocking fee is applicable for returned items.
