Shipping Policy

For purchases of $139.00 or more, we offer 100% free shipping to the UK, USA, Canada, and Australia; however, shipping fees apply to orders from other countries. Certain deliveries necessitate the application of custom charges. In this case, the recipient (customer) is in charge of paying the customs fees after the purchase is delivered to the destination nation.

Order Cancellation

Order cancelation requests will only be honored under the following circumstances:

  • If a consumer cancels an order, a processing fee of $10.00 is subtracted.
  • There will be a 35% charge from the total amount if you cancel within three days.
  • For canceling within 5 days, there will be a 40% deduction from the total payment.
  • No cancellation will be honored if the requisition comes after 5 days from the order placement.

Return and Exchange Policy

  • Returns and exchange requests can be initiated within 15 days of order delivery.
  • After the specified period, no requests for returns or exchanges will be accepted.
  • The shipping time for exchanged items could be 15 to 20 days.
  • Once the returned item has been received and evaluated, refunds are executed.
  • Processing of refunded funds could take 15 to 20 business days
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Deduction of the restocking fee is applicable for returned items.
  • Damages occurred by the customer or used products will not be entertained for a refund/Exchange.
