Return & Refund Policy – Halfskin
1. Return Period
You can return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To qualify:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
All tags and accessories must be attached.
Customized or personalized products can only be returned if they arrive damaged or defective.
2. How to Start a Return
To start a return or exchange, contact our support team at

Please include:
Your order number
A brief explanation of the reason for return
A photo, if applicable (for defective or incorrect items)
Our team will reply within 1–2 business days with simple return instructions.
3. Return Shipping
If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or wrong item), we’ll cover the return shipping cost or provide a prepaid label.
If the return is for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account.
5. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
We’ll confirm product availability and guide you through the process.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled for a full refund before they are shipped.
Once your order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible — but you can return the item after delivery following this policy.
To request a cancellation, please email info@halfskin.com as soon as possible with your order number.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@halfskin.com with a photo and your order details.
We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
8. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that we cannot accept returns for:
Customized or made-to-order items
Gift cards
Final-sale or clearance products
Items returned in used, worn, or damaged condition
