1. Our Promise
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund.
Simply contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@halfskin.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Our customer care team will assist you within 1–2 business days.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
To qualify for a refund:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
All tags and accessories must remain attached.
Customized or made-to-order items may be eligible for exchange or store credit if defective, but are otherwise non-refundable.
3. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled free of charge before they are shipped.
Once production or shipment begins, the order cannot be canceled — however, you can return it after delivery following our standard return policy.
4. Refund Amount
Approved refunds will include:
100% of the product price,
excluding original shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
No restocking or hidden fees apply.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
5. Exchanges and Store Credit
If you ordered the wrong size or prefer another color, you may exchange your item within 30 days of delivery (subject to availability).
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for voluntary exchanges.
If the preferred item is unavailable, we’ll issue store credit of equal value.
6. Product and Color Disclaimer
Please note that slight variations in color or texture may occur due to:
Different screen settings or lighting conditions
Natural differences in genuine leather and fabric materials
These variations are normal and are part of the uniqueness of handmade products.

While some designs may draw inspiration from well-known styles, each product is a unique creation made to our own quality standards.
8. Shipping & Customs
We offer free shipping on orders over $138.
Orders below this amount are subject to a $20 USD shipping fee.
Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not refundable.
If a refund is issued, the shipping fee remains non-refundable since these costs are not recoverable from the courier.
