• Since the majority of our items are produced to order and raw materials are bought especially for the orders submitted, we have very little inventory. If a cancellation request is received more than 12 hours after the order was placed, we will not be able to cancel the order.
• Customers who return items for a refund will receive 100% of their purchase price back.(after deducting shipping fee if paid)
• When an item is returned, there is a 25% restocking fee; if the customer requests a refund, we will reimburse the whole amount after deducting shipping costs.
• Our on-sale items are all final and non-refundable; refunds are not available. However, buyers have the option of store credit or an exchange for different sizes (same-value items only).
• For items that are returned or exchanged, the client is responsible for paying the freight and shipping costs.
• Color Disclaimer: The color of the actual product could be a little different from the jackets in the original pictures. Each screen or smartphone display can display colors differently, and each client may perceive these colors differently. Furthermore, the hue of a photograph can also be impacted by the lighting during the photo session.

Halfskin ensures that the cuts and design are identical to the original jacket image on the internet. We intentionally make slight differences from the original product because to copyright violation and fabric differences. (must noted that all of our products are recreated products)

Free Shipping:

To better serve our valued customers in Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada, Halfskin has established dedicated facilities in these regions. Orders above $138 qualify for free shipping within these countries. For customers outside these areas, a flat shipping fee of USD 20 will apply.

Please note that any additional customs duties or taxes for remote locations are the responsibility of the buyer. In the case of a return, shipping fees are non-refundable as they are not reimbursed by the courier service. If a refund is requested, the buyer will be responsible for the actual freight charges, which amount to USD 30.

Have a problem with coloration? Well, halfskin gives you the freedom to choose the hue you choose. We will make the product in the color of your choice if you order it. There is a slight chance that the leather tanning process, the lighting effect, or the photo resolution will cause it to not match exactly.(must note that it only applicable on the leather jackets)
