RETURN ELIGIBILITY

✔️ items must be unused, in original, unworn, and undamaged condition.

RETURN SHIPPING COST
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to damage, defect, or order fulfillment error.
RETURNS FOR SIZE ISSUES
Returns for size issues caused by customers,ordering incorrectly are not accepted. please check our size chart carefully before placing an order. If the issue is from our side, we will accpet the return otherwise no.

- Customer are responsible for selecting the correct size before placing an order
- Customer must provide accurate shipping details at checkout
- Customer must contact us before sending any return
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
- Orders can be cancelled within 24-48 hours for a full refund
- After 24 or 48 hours, cancellation requests may not be guaranteed as orders enter processing.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Customers may request a return after delivery according to our Return Policy.

UNRESPONSIVE CUSTOMERS
- If we do not receive required confirmation or information from the customer within 7-10 business days, the order may be placed on hold or cancelled.
- If an order is cancelled due to lack of required information before production or shipment, a refund will be issued minus any non-recoverable processing or production costs (if applicable).
- If the order has already entered production or has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. Customers may request a return after delivery according to our Return Policy
DELIVERY CONFIRMATION / RESPONSE
- Customers are responsible for responding to delivery attempts by the courier
- If a parcel is returned due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address provided by the customer, re-shipping charges may apply.
- If the parcel is returned to us due to a customer non-response, a refund may be issued excluding shipping and handling costs.

- International shipments may be subject to custom duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country.
-These charges are set by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
-We do not control or estimate customs fees in advance.
-If a shipment is returned due to unpaid customs duties or refused by the recipient, the order may be eligible for a refund minus original shipping costs and any return shipping charges incurred.
